Success of these positions will be dependent upon the deep knowledge and expertise of the people who fill these positions. Such knowledge and skills involve both experience in teaching roles, evidence-based research and in building learning relationships with educators at all levels in schools. The need for this support, given the pandemic and remote learning has never been greater.
